NATIONAL VOTERS’ DAY

On this National Voters Day, we gather with purpose and resolve. At each of our school block, we pledge to uphold our democratic rights and actively participate in the shaping of our nation’s future. We take this opportunity to remind ourselves of the importance of casting our ballots and the power of our collective voice. Together, let us reaffirm our commitment to democracy and our duty as citizens.

A group of selected students from our school had the honor of participating in the National Voters’ Day oath ceremony at the Mizoram Assembly House. Alongside our esteemed legislators, the students took a pledge to uphold the values of democracy and civic duty. Accompanying them on this momentous occasion were Miss ERD and Sir Joseph, both esteemed lecturers of our Political Science Department. It was a truly enlightening experience for all involved, and one that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on the students’ understanding of the importance of civic engagement.
